About Coriander Café
As a first generation American from a Vietnamese family that was uprooted by war, Christopher Lê has come to know both cultures of his heritage. Once in the architecture profession, he won a few design awards in college and shortly after. He has since chosen to pursue his love of food and company. His parents sacrificed a lot so that his family might have the freedom to choose their own futures. “Words cannot express how grateful I am to them for everything that I am and that I have today.”
Along with his partner, Chef Jeremiah Caldwell, they have executed a wonderful menu for you to enjoy. Paying homage and respect to his Vietnamese culture, they have created a truly authentic Vietnamese experience based on family recipes passed down from generation to generation.
In a warm, inviting atmosphere that is both casual and welcoming, the space completes your experience. Beautiful photos of everyday Vietnam adorn the walls that give you a glimpse of daily life on the other side of the world. Come in to dine, enjoy our free Wi-Fi, or study in a peaceful environment.
